Why is the price/currency in the app store(s) different than Evernote's Website?

Recommended Posts

Hi there,
We’ve received a few questions asking why the price, or currency, of Evernote subscriptions listed in the app stores (App Store, Google Play, Windows Store, etc) are different than what is listed on Evernote’s website.
The reason for this is that app stores may support a different set of local currencies than Evernote does. This means there may be some discrepancies between the currencies you see in the app stores and on evernote.com.
Likewise, app stores have guidelines for setting and updating subscription rates. This means there may be small discrepancies between pricing in the app stores and on evernote.com.
However, if you still think something isn’t right after adjusting the currency or price, please reach out to us via support ticket and provide the following information:
  • A description of what is happening/the issue you’re encountering
  • The type of payment used
  • A list of all the steps you took before you contacted Evernote Support
