I'm using Evernote for maaany projects so I have maaaany notes in maaaany folders. I need to create categories and sub-categories, but there I'm stuck ...
I can put folders in folders, but I would like to have one more sub-level, something like : COOKING / COUNTRY / FRANCE so I will have all my cooking receipt for one country in the same place ... I know I can do that using both folders and tags but I find it less efficient, needing to type a tag and not being able to see the different tree levels of one category ... I find it more creatively stimulating to be able to go deeper and deeper in one category, that's how my mind works !
