In a very long checklist is it possible to show only the checked items? 

Example - in our family we have a long grocery and Costco lists which are great for adding things to pick up next time someone is shopping.  But in the store with the App it is very tedious to find only the checked  items, so using the list involves a lot of scrolling up and down.

No, Evernote does not provide checklist features; just the check box

I'd recommend using a dedicated shopping list app

It's been my experience that Wunderlist works great for shared grocery lists.
