Issues saving annotations

I made an annotation to an image (a scan from the Evernote Scannable app) in my Evernote notes, and it disappeared when I pressed "Save and Exit". I tried it again and when I pressed "Save and Exit", the annotations from my first attempt appeared. I deleted that, and on the third attempt (luckily I screenshotted it), it only saved the first few text annotations I made when I pressed "Save and Exit".
