Jeffrey Kemp 0
Whenever I open Evernote for Web (where I basically live 95% of the time), it opens by default to a really old note from years ago. Not only that, but the old note is in my Trash. How can I change the default note to show - or, at least, have it default to the last note I was working on? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,042 Posted October 31, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted October 31, 2018 Hi. Which version of the web client are you using? Have you emptied the Trash folder on all your devices? Changed your view in the web client to another note, then signed out of the client correctly? What OS and browser are you using? Link to comment
Jeffrey Kemp 0
I tried signing out and signing in again and it remembered the correct note. I then used my bookmark to get back in again and it went back to the old note. Turns out the bookmark link points to the old note, which is why it was always coming up. Thanks Link to comment

So simple and obvious, as my bookmark was to that specific note. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Thought it was some weird caching thing but more of a 'user error' thing!
