Sync button on all note pages

For the Windows version, how come there is no Sync button on every note page....not just the main app page....this will make it easier to sync easily and not have to look for main app page every time. It seems ridiculous that this is not a feature already.  Also,  the Cmd + S keyboard shortcut does not work on all keyboards....for whatever reason, so this is not a good alternative.
