Where to find Spreadsheet template? And How to activate its use?

Wondering why I am 1 - unable to find any SPREADSHEET templates and:  2 - why the Templates I Save, do not appear in my account when I attempt to write a new note. Are both the SPREADSHEET templates; and the ability to USE ANY template, for paid memberships only?

Saving templates is a paid account feature
In addition, if you subscribe to Plus, Premium, or Business, you can turn any of your existing notes into templates.
