Encrypt notes (can't edit)

Hi!

When i used Premium, I did crypt notes. 

Now I have Basic accouont, and  now I want edit this it (crypt note), but I can't. I can decrypt, but no edited
Four, maybe, five month ago I could edited on Android (basic account).

Now something has be changed?

I tryed wtih Evenrnote PC. with web (chrome, ie), with mobile (Android). Nothing works.

I must update to Premium?

I don't think there is an account-level restriction.
The only change I know is that text encryption has become restricted - no non-text elements

Can you provide details on what's preventing you from editing?
