A page of notes has disappeared

Under my note headed "October" all the content has disappeared just leaving the heading.

I did not delete these notes and they are not in "trash"

 

I have two backups, but they both updated in real-time leaving me without my important notes.

 

Any ideas?

Evernote runs a Note History backup.  https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313858-How-to-view-old-versions-of-a-note

Access to the data is a paid feature.  You can subscribe for a single month.
