How to retrieve archived and missing notes

I recently upgraded my phone from Samsung galxy 5 to Galaxy 7. I reinstalled Evernote on new phone and a New PC. I opended Evernote only to find all of my previous notes are gone. However, I can access all of my notes on my Samsung Galaxy 5. I attempted to sync several times, but none of my old notes appear. 

Any sugesstions would be greatly appreciated.

The usual cause of this is the use accidently created a new account.

Your data can be accessed by entering the correct userid and password.

In addition to what @DTLow said, if you're a free Evernote user, you are limited to using Evernote on 2 devices at a time. You may need to deactivate one device to be able to see your notes on your new device. See https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/218558068-Devices-FAQ for more info if this applies to you.
