Feature Request: PDF through selecting text, as well as drawing

Alot of other PDF highlighting systems allow for highlighting on text by dragging over the specific text, rather than drawing free hand over text.

Is this anything this is possible in evernote now or in the future?

This works for me if the pdf is text based or ocr'd.

I think you're using the drawing tool
You're right - The Annotation feature has no highlight text option.

I strongly second this request to add a text selection highlighter to the PDF annotation function. 

Holding down SHIFT while using the highlighter pen to get a straight line is a bothersome workaround.
