The vast majority of my use with Evernote involves annotating PDFs for school (I've been using evernote for almost three years through undergrad and med school). Text formatting, including bullet points, text markup, and text alignment would be amazing to have.
I also find that copy/past function is not allowed in annotation mode, nor can I switch annotations to a page where they more belong.
