I do weekly full export of my data, 12k notes.  No issue, it completes in 20 minutes.
I get in progress feedback

Does the Activity Log give any info on the problem?

Thanks for the reply.  I can export folders in general, but one notebook just never advances after displaying a "downloading contect" dialog box.  The blue bar never starts moving across.  All the notes seem to be accessible form the app, so I am not sure why this would be.  Thanks for any advice.  I would hate to lose all of these notes.

I've seen that before, I'm guessing the export can't continue until the content is downloaded.
In my case, I waited until the download completed.  The export then ran sucessfully.
