Search the same keyword in a single pdf

How can you search easily the same keyword in a single pdf? If the pdf has many pages (for example 200) is a nightmare because I have to scroll in search of the keywords that is highlighted.

Would be useful a sort of list/index with all search results. Or  two navigation buttons to give you the ability to navigate back and forward just like on on Acrobat.

I would view the pdf in a dedicated pdf app like Acrobat.
