People have been asking for an UNDO function for 5 years!

I accidentally hit the enter button after selecting a .pdf that I'd downloaded into Evernote, wiping it out.  I immediately looked for the UNDO function and could not find one.  What gives??  I see that people have been asking for this basic functionality for literally over 5 years.   The pdf I'd saved was a book - gone forever it seems.  :(

Did the menu entry Edit / Undo work? The Ctrl+Z shortcut?

You have a premium membership and that comes with note revision history. If the note was created early enough, hopefully Evernote had enough time to back it up. Check under Note>Note History.

My solution would be to restore the data from backups.
I have personal backups and Evernote maintains a Note History backup.
