required_username 9 Posted September 8, 2018 Share Posted September 8, 2018 I have EN Premium (I think). I have 3 users on the account, just added the third. I have shared a notebook with the 3rd user. When he logs on through the EN app on a Windows PC, the Notebook appears. When he logs in through his android phone, no notebook. Just a note about being on a basic plan. What are we doing wrong? FWIW, all three of us log in using Google IDs. Link to comment

Just a note about being on a basic plan. We see a lot of posts from users logging in and not seeing notebooks/notes. The usual cause is they're using the wrong userid and have accessed a different account. Link to comment

He can access that notebook on a PC. He can not access the notebook through android. Gets a message "Upgrade to continue using EN on this device." What next. Link to comment

A completely different issue. I'm guessing this is a user with a Basic account, that restricts to two simultaneous devices. The user can access their account settings and revoke access to a non-active device. Link to comment
