colorful_tones 0
phpBB is a good start, but something like UserVoice is really nice for encouraging and mitigating feature requests. I do not work for them (UserVoice), but have used on a few start up sites, and really enjoyed the flow of information the platform allows for. I've been using Evernote for almost a month, and recently went Premium, and I keep coming across feature requests/improvements I'd like to suggest, but find it far too daunting to have to log into this forum, find appropriate forum, and submit my input into the void? Please look into something like UserVoice? and provide a tab on all Evernote.com pages? At least for logged in users? This will remove barriers to feedback process, which will hopefully help Evernote garnish a better product, while also giving a good vibe to user community Good luck, Damon Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted August 3, 2010 Level 5* Share Posted August 3, 2010 Uservoice, and other technologies have been suggested before. I'd hesitate before calling the forum daunting, but there are some sharp tongues out there (in here?); this is noted by Dave E in one of his replies to the posts below. I'd also quibble with your use of 'void' to describe the forum -- it's far from a void, with good Evernote staff participation, and knowledgeable users.A search on 'UserVoice' turned up:http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=17008&p=68135&hilit=uservoice#p68135http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=15881&p=62888&hilit=uservoice#p62888http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=13171&p=52546&hilit=uservoice#p52546~Jeff Link to comment
