Duplicate Notes with Safari Clips

Hi there,

On Safari, IOS Sierra: when I clip a web page withe Evernote clip button and I select "simplified article" or "Youtube" for example, it creates 2 Notes. 

No problem with Chrome. No problem if I selected "Article" - i.e. the first choice on the list.

I suppose this is a bug that needs to go to Evernote, but if anyone knows if it can be fixed, kindly help :)

That would be OS Sierra
I just tested on my Mac and only got a single note.  I noticed a duplicate problem in IOS.
