Nguyen35 0
Hello every body, I've accidentally deleted a notbook. I would like to know if it is possible to undo the erasing. Thank you. Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,744 Posted September 4, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted September 4, 2018 The deleted notes are moved to the Trash and can be restored. The deleted notebook can not be restored. The notes have been reassigned to the default notebook, Link to comment
ilker 0
Deleted notebooks should go to trash or be restorable. I know there is a clear warning before deleting the notebook but still it's possible to delete it (when you think you have selected the note, not the notebook) so there must be a way to retrieve the notes in it. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,794 Posted May 25, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted May 25, 2021 Yes, but if the notebook was deleted, a restore will not find it. AFAIK the notes can be restored, but not into a deleted notebook. Link to comment
hasleyvick 0
Deleted Notes goes towards the trash page and you can easily get back if you really want it Link to comment
Margaret76 0
Wondering, how many days it can be in trash page? 5-10 days.? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,794 Posted November 30, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 30, 2021 Indefinitely ! It leaves the trash when you actively empty it. Then the whole content is gone. You can alternatively pick an individual note in the trash and delete it. Then this note is gone, but the rest stays. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,794 Posted December 2, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted December 2, 2021 Have you already checked in the trash for your missing note(s) ? This is the first place to check, independent from whether you remember deleting something or not. In general having one large note with a lot of text can create problems. Once recovered better split the one large note into several smaller ones. Link to comment
