Outlook "Save to Evernote" Creates Rectangles

I'm running Windows 10 and the current version of Evernote. 

I receive an email with a bulleted list. I click on "Save to Evernote". It does save the email in Evenote, but there is a rectangle around each bullet and there is another rectangle around the entire set of bullets.

Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening in the future?

I archive my email to Evernote, saving both a .eml and a .pdf version.

I just did a test email from Outlook to myself then clipped it to Evernote and it worked.

Does it happen with every bullet list email? I wonder if it has something to do with how the bullet list was created. In the above example, I created an email in outlook and inserted the bullets.
