Clipper not capturing note - Chrome Ext 7.4.2

I have tried Evernote clipper on several web sites today (Windows - Chrome Ext 7.4.2) and when I use the clipper - whether on full article or simplified article - it just spins and does not save.  I checked that I had the most recent App for the Extension (7.4.2) and have done multiple tries.

Just tried that link - Firefox and Clipper 6.13.2 - sems to work fine...
