Duplicate Notes Created By Clipper in Safari

I am running Safari 11.1.2 on OS X 10.13.6 (latest stable releases of both).  Whenever I use the Evernote Web Clipper, I end up with two identical notes in the Evernote Desktop App.  No errors or odd behavior, just two notes instead of one.  I then have to go in and manually delete one of the notes.  This started happening a couple weeks ago I think?

Any ideas?
