Clipper and Outlook 2016 don't play well

Hi. As a Premium subscriber you'll have direct access to Evernote Support at https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - we're a (mainly) user supported forum.  If you can work with support maybe they can figure out why your installation is slow.  This is the only complaint on this issue that I've seen lately,  so I assume it's not a general experience...
