Guest Ralph Posted August 10, 2018 Share Posted August 10, 2018 I can't use Evernote in my iphone(iOS10.1). I don't want to update iOS in my iphone, because it may cause lag in it. However, when I use Evernote, this APP unexpectedly quit. I have so many important data and information in Evernote. So, I want to ask for help, and how can I do to start this APP? Link to comment

The master version of your data is uploaded and stored on the Evernote servers; not on your phone. I don't know what's going on with your phone, but I don't spend a lot of time troubleshooting my devices. My solution would be delete the app and reinstall, however the App Store version requires IOS 10.3. >>I don't want to update iOS in my iphone, because it may cause lag in it.
