I recently had my credit card stolen and am in the process of changing over my billing details. It seems in the meantime that my account was downgraded to basic and my notes are completely wiped? This really is painful. Wondering if this has happened to others and how I get them back? Link to comment

My expectation is that regardless of any account level changes my notes will always be available. The usual cause for "completely wiped" is using a different userid/password. Link to comment
