My question is does it act like a PC or a tablet. As an example, on my Windows PC, Evernote uses quite a bit of disk space, whereas with my iPad it doesn't. On the Surface Pro, this is Windows - so Evernote acts like a PC >>on my Windows PC, Evernote uses quite a bit of disk space On Windows by default a full copy of your data is downloaded You have options to reduce the disk usage; check out On Demand Sync You can also use the web platform which uses no disk space.
