RapidFinancialSolutions 20 Posted July 22, 2018 Posted July 22, 2018 Hi there, So I just got a new HD & Desktop Evernote won't let me sign in to the desktop version on the new HD because I guess it thinks I'm still using it on the old HD & I have the app on my phone too. So what do I have to do with the old HD so I can open it on the new HD? And do I need to back anything up? Thanks a ton
Level 5* DTLow 5,749 Posted July 22, 2018 Level 5* Posted July 22, 2018 I'm guessing you're running into the simultaneous device limit. Evernote displays a device list in your user settings. Use this list to revoke access to inactive devices Make sure you sync your data before dropping a device. >>And do I need to back anything up? With your data sync'd to the server (no local notebooks); you're already backed up. When you login on the new device, a copy of your data will be downloaded.
