Deleting A Shared Notebook

Situation: I work with a group of three other people. We are using Evernote personal accounts to share notebooks. I am taking over duties of creating and deleting these notebooks from another person. When I delete a notebook created by the other person, it is only deleted on my end and all the other users to which it is shared can still see it.

Questions:

1. Does the creator of the notebook have to delete it for it to be deleted across all shared users, or in other terms sync the delete across all accounts?
2. Is there a way for me to delete a notebook created by someone else and have it sync to all shared users?
3. If I leave the group, will all the notebooks I created go with me? I believe that this is an aspect of using personal accounts and that a business account would eliminate such an issue, but would like verification.
