Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted July 29, 2010 Level 5 Posted July 29, 2010 I just tried the link to the Evernote shared notebook with my Firefox browser and it worked! Super. http://www.evernote.com/pub/ensupport/f ... 5efc062b06But I have never been able to access my web based Evernote account. I tried it again today and it just hangs. The clock is rotating for the first few seconds and then stops. I give up after 4 to 6 minutes of waiting. Evernote customer service told me the problem was with the Firefox browser and requested that I use IE. And they are right, IE does work, but I very seldom use IE.So I am wondering what is the difference between the Evernote shared notebook (accessible with Firefox) and my personal web Evernote (not accessible by Firefox)I have 6,500 notes on my personal Evernote account. But that should not be a problem.
