Mysterious Thumbnail

I have a note with a thumbnail image appearing in both card and snippet views, but I have no idea how the thumbnail got there. I cannot find any images inside the note itself, and yet when I use "Save Attachments" the mysterious image is saved.

How do I get rid of the thumbnail?

I'm using Evernote for Mac: Version 7.2 (456745 Direct) / Editor: 47.0.5287 (17d18b5)
