Yinxiang Biji - can a user email notes into it?

I use the English version of Evernote with a Premium subscription.  I email notes to my Evernote Account frequently.

I would like to know if users of Evernote's Yinxiang Biji in China can do the same.

Hi.  AFAIK the Yinxiang Biji service has exactly the same features as the Evernote server.  We're a (mainly) user-supported forum however,  so you'd need to contact Evernote for absolute confirmation.

Thanks, gazumped.  Getting a clear answer to this question has been remarkably difficult.  It seems that adding notes to Evernote via Email is  legal, highly useful and allowed.  But it is also a subject that, technically, appears to fall through the cracks as it is not really a developer level question. 

My best bet, I think, would be to ask someone who works for or with Yinxiang Biji in China and this would need to be, for me, a dual Chinese/English speaker.  If you have any thoughts, I'd love to hear them.
