(Archived) Open directly to new note (mobile EN)?

I have the ability to create shortcuts on my smartphone (WM6) and was wondering if there is a way to produce one that will directly open a new note? An example of how other programs in WM do this is allowing the executable to accept a parameter (program.exe -new). Possible?

Would save a couple clicks when i want to create a VERY quick new note (in a meeting, talking to a friend at a bar, at a stoplight, etc.). Sometimes you just want to jot down a word or three as quickly as possible...
