JanPhil 0
Hi everybody, suddenly I'm not able to annotate images anymore. Whenever I try I just get an empty window: It seems this has to do with the latest Windows 10 Update as before it was always working fine. I already updated Evernote as well as my display driver (Intel HD 5500) to the latest version and deactivated hardware acceleration for Evernote in the registry without any success. Any idea what else I could do to make this work again? I really need this functionality. Best, Jan Link to comment

I assume this happens to all images in every note, not specific notes, correct? You can try the "FIX ALL NOTES" option by holding the CTRL and clicking on HELP. I am not sure if that will help. I think I would try the uninstall | reinstall the app strategy. Link to comment

Level 5* jefito 5,589 Posted August 7, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted August 7, 2018 What Evernote versions are people using? I see this working in the 6.14.1 beta version. Link to comment
Jeff House 0
I have the problem too. I have the latest version of Evernote 6.14.5.7671 (307671) Public (CE Build ce-48.0.5483) and I'm using Windows 10. This is a really useful feature that I need back. Thanks Link to comment
JanPhil 0
I have solved it by now. The problem was caused by a program called DUET Display which is an application for extending your display to an Apple device. Somehow it's driver conflicts with my video driver. After uninstalling it everything was working fine again. Link to comment
knayan 0
Thanks @JanPhil. I had the exact same problem for months and uninstalling Duet Display solved the problem for me too Link to comment
