I can not add notes via E-mail

Hello!

I am sending mail from my verified e-mail box to my evernote e-mail address (double checked, reset, no luck). It seems to me evernote does not get e-mails from me.

How can I fix this?

To clarify, are you a Basic, Plus, or Premium Evernote user?

The reason I ask is that there are different email limitations for each Evernote Account, dependent on your subscription level.

As you may notice in the 'Number of emails saved to an Evernote account' section, emailing into your Evernote Account is not currently available for Basic users and requires a subscription.
