Lentidão para digitar texto

Recommended Posts

I've been an Evernote user for years. I use the version for Windows 7 at work and Windows 10 at home. I have found it difficult to type in Evernote, the note hangs at all times, the cursor does not follow what I am typing and the program gives a message that it is "not responding" several times. This problem did not exist in previous versions, it appeared in the last three versions. Since I use the tool to control my work, I would like to find a solution, either by regressing the version, or by modifying the settings. I've tried to change the automatic save time of the notes (I put 200 seconds) and the problem persists. I changed the sync settings to sync only changes on exit and shortcuts, and neither did it. Has anyone managed to find a solution?

Hi.  If you wish to uninstall the current application and install an older version,  it's pretty easy to do so in Windows.  I haven't done this for a while,  and I don't know whether the database versions have changed,  so it would be safest to delete everything including your current copy database.  Make sure you have no Local Notebooks or unsynced notes.

Check Evernote > Tools > Options > General for the database location,  and then File > Exit Evernote

Uninstall Evernote,  check the database location and delete all remaining Evernote folders.  Then download and install an older version from http://filehippo.com/download_evernote/history  -  6.7.5 seems to have been mentioned here as a possible option.

I'd suggest you also contact Support if you can - they are available on https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action if you're a subscriber,  Twitter - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if the support link won't work,  or you're not a paying user.
