Jeff Burgess 0
A while ago, the Evernote for Mac annotation tool switched from the normal sans-serif font (Helvetica, maybe?) to a fixed-width font that is not as readable. This is a guess, and I'm not sure it was the cause--but I think the font changed a few weeks ago when I inserted an emoji into a text annotation on my mac. Is there a way to revert the font back to the default font? I am guessing that my only recourse is to fully uninstall and reinstall due to corruption in an underlying set of configurations that have no user interface. Link to comment
cammonro 6
This is an old topic but I recently ran into this myself. I found the solution was to shutdown Evernote and then pop open Terminal and remove the following .plist file in your local Library directory: rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.evernote.ENAttachmentToPDFHelper.plist To be safe you could also drag it to your Desktop first or delete from the Finder. After restarting Evernote, the correct font should now be used in your image annotations. It worked for me with Evernote version 7.14 on MacOS 10.14 anyway. Hoping this helps someone else. 1 Link to comment
