(Archived) Evernote Web Clipper for Firefox plugin not working?

I have Firefox 3.6.8 running on Windows 7 (x86) with the Evernote Web Clipper 4.0.0.87683 installed. For the past few days I can't clip selected text. I press the button in the button bar, but nothing happens.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't resolve the problem.

Anyone else having problems?

Check the Preferences for our add-in from the Firefox extensions list. Try changing the first option to clip to the web vs. to desktop Evernote.

If you have been clipping directly to the Windows application in the past, you may need to try uninstalling Evernote and reinstalling via a fresh download from http://www.evernote.com/about/download/
