JPalm 0 Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 I'm using the Evernote app on Windows (running on Mac with Parallels). I am attempting to update a note, but it will not hold the changes after I switch to another note and back again. I have tried EVERYTHING the troubleshooter recommended; uninstalling the program, rebooting, changing the file online, copying and pasting into a new note. Nothing is working. I have a Premium subscription, but I'm now discovering that Evernote has done everything they can to prevent you from speaking to an actual human being. I love what Evernote can POTENTIALLY do, but this experience has really made me think twice about staying with them. I put all my eggs in the Evernote basket for my current projects (policies, procedures, checklists, etc.) and I'm really starting to doubt my decision. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
