My dream book has disappeared

I have no idea what happened to my dream book while I found the unlocked phone in my pocket. My text of ~12,000 symbols accumulated over 2 years was singled out, replaced by a stuck symbol, underlined, highlighted with a marker and crossed out. I upgraded to the premium version and got into the web version of the new clean account without my notes. It was some kind of mistake, because I logged into an existing account, I canceled the subscription, so that money was not written off from the wrong account and re-entered into the system. My notes have appeared, and the subscription has ceased to be active. What was it? It turned out the account was correct, I put a premium to roll back the changes in my dream book, and eventually I saw an empty canvas of notes, as if a new account had been created and I did not have those notes. No warning that the account is loading the web version of the client for so long, although I improved the program from the computer, the post also wrote about creating a new account, not improving the CURRENT. Now what? It remains only to pay for this awkward mistake, instead of the missing impeccable improved version by mistake, misleading the former user, the future unleashed as new at registration?

I enclose you logs with my Android and PC after watching the movie, because I do not know exactly how it happened and I ask to help restore it

In you troubleshooting make sure you're working with your existing account instead of creating a new account.

Is your issue with a note, or an entire notebook?

I restore note content from backups.  I have personal backups and Evernote has a Note History backup.  https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313858-How-to-access-and-use-note-history

As I wrote earlier, I will clarify. I glued this note out of a dozen others and later replenished it for 2 years. The problem arose with this long-term dream diary and did not appear anywhere else. Well, I will contact the support service in the near future, but for now it is more reliable for me not to merge notebooks and store them separately.

 This problem has also affected me. I wonder if you had everything resolved because this was problematic a bit for me as well. For months on end I had been writing them down and when changed the settings, everything disappeared. However, I made up an easier way due to finding https://dreams-meaning.com .
