SnappyB 0 Posted May 30, 2018 Share Posted May 30, 2018 The scanner stopped working, so I tried to uninstall the driver. It won't allow me though claiming that it can't find ssmsetupevernoteedition.msi and IXP000.TMP. Anyone have the same issue? Link to comment

Have you tried removing the device from the DEVICE MANAGER? Would that work? Link to comment
