PDF in strange paper size

[Principal Moo 3]

I am using Evernote on a 10.5” iPad Pro. When I try to print a note, it will print in A4 Portrait (which is what I want). However, when I create a PDF, it will save the note in some off paper size and in landscape mode. 

How can I create a PDF in A4 Portrait?
