There is an option in Evernote Windows > File > Import > Microsoft OneNote that doesn't (AFAIK) have any documentation.  A few users have tried that with success,  others have complained that it failed.  It may depend on the content.  You should probably try it out on sections of your data first...

A Google search for options turns up 131,000 posts on the subject,  so there should be some useful comments out there!
