Redhz 0
Hello there, today a friend of mine that has a shared notebook with me, told me that the current note inside that notebook turned all blank. The title remains there but the content is gone. I tried to share the note with him again and it still didn't work. He said he updated to the latest version and to match the client versions, I did it too. So now after updating it, I got the same result. My note still has the title, but the content is gone. There's nothing in trash because the note wasn't deleted. I can't reach earlier versions because I've a standard account. I tried to submit a ticket, but when I choose the type of note issue, in the support page, nothing happens, no ticket button, only "Try a quick search" menu. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there any way of sending a ticket that I can't see? Thank you Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,664 Posted March 27, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted March 27, 2018 Hi. This Forum is part of the help & support network provided by the company. We're (mainly) user-driven to comment and suggest fixes and work-arounds from our experience as -for the most part- long-time Evernote users. The Support team is available on https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action if you're a subscriber, Twitter - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if not. The blank notes thing has been an issue for a while - try logging into the web version via a browser and Evernote.com to make sure the content is still there. If there's a problem it will be recoverable from Note History - which is also a paid feature, but you may only need to upgrade for one month. Link to comment
