drbigfresh 0
Am I missing something, or once I add a PDF to a notebook as a note, is there no way to export the PDF back out later in case I need it? Link to comment
Lougoose 0
In the note, right-click the PDF (Control+click if you don't have right-click set up). Then you should see a menu popup, with Save As as one of the options. Choose that options to save the PDF wherever you need it. Link to comment
hirschberg 0
This is great to be able to do this. Is there a way to do this for multiple documents without combining them first? I would like to do a search select the entries and then save them out to a PDF. David Link to comment
engberg 89
To export in bulk:If you select multiple notes, you can Export as HTML format. This will create a set of directories (one per note) which will contain the PDF documents. You could then find the PDF files from a Finder search through this directory. Link to comment
