(Archived) Exporting PDFs

Am I missing something, or once I add a PDF to a notebook as a note, is there no way to export the PDF back out later in case I need it?

In the note, right-click the PDF (Control+click if you don't have right-click set up). Then you should see a menu popup, with Save As as one of the options. Choose that options to save the PDF wherever you need it.

This is great to be able to do this. Is there a way to do this for multiple documents without combining them first? I would like to do a search select the entries and then save them out to a PDF.

To export in bulk:

If you select multiple notes, you can Export as HTML format. This will create a set of directories (one per note) which will contain the PDF documents. You could then find the PDF files from a Finder search through this directory.
