Manged by newer version

After updating to the most recent version 7.0.3 on Mac 10.13.3 I am receiving the message that my "local Evernote data is being managed by a newer version of Evernote. Please use the latest version."

I have rechecked the updater and no additional updates are available. 

Any insights.

Do you know what your previous version was?

Regardless, to get your database and software alliigned to the right version, you will need to do a clean install
Remove the app and database.  The app AppCleaner is recommended for this.
Reinstall the app, login and the database will be rebuilt from the servers.  
Warning: the rebuild does not include Local Notebooks or unsync'd notes

I do not know the previous version. I always updated when it asks, so I assume it was relatively recent.
