Missing Premium Subscription

I subscribed to premium in January and now it is missing from my account. I submitted two tickets last week - 2434452 and 2430289 - and haven't heard anything back. 

Ironically, I probably can't hear back on my tickets since my account is no longer listed as premium. 

Anybody able to help?

Is it possible you accidently created a new account; it's easy to do.

Does your current email match the email on the receipt?

@jeff_small Thank you for reaching out. I believe that the support agent was under the impression that they were able help address the issue through your twitter interactions. However, I'll have them follow-up with you via one of the tickets to make sure everything has been taken care of.
