Horizontal Rule not visible in Evernote Desktop

Hi Everyone,

Below are the details of my system:

Evernote Desktop Version: 6.10.3.6921 (306921)

OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro

 

Loving Evernote so far. However as stated in the title, found out that after updating to the Evernote version above the horizontal rule no longer visible in my note. Interestingly it is visible in the Evernote web client, can't figure out how to solve it and I am not a premium user so can't email for support. Is anyone else faced similar issue? Please help.
