Lost Documents



I went to log in to my paid account and for some reason, the site did not recognize my email address. Instead, it created a NEW account! So when I go to log in, it opens up a new account without all my stuff! I’ve created ticket after ticket to get support but I haven’t heard boo from anyone at Evernote. I’ve been using it for approx 6 years without an issue like this. I need help!!
