Firefox Web Clipper bug interfering with Outlook Web Client (OWA)

I just ran into this with a recent update to Firefox.  I mostly use the Outlook web client in Firefox for my email.  This week, any action to create a new email stopped working.  Click Reply, Forward, or New and Outlook would bring up a new pop-up web page as normal, but nothing gets drawn into it - just get a blank window.  I'm not sure why, but if I disable the Evernote Web Clipper add-on, it works, if I enable it, then it doesn't work.  Any ideas?  I live and die by web clipper and email...  HELP!

Follow-up:  I did a little sloothing and found that the Web Console in Firefox Tools shows an error when the page does not display.  I've included both the correct and incorrect versions as attachments.

Hi.  I believe Firefox beefed up their privacy and security options in the latest updates - have you checked to see whether pop-up windows are allowed for Outlook?  Have a look at Options > Privacy & Security and scroll down...

Failing that I'd suggest restarting your system if you haven't done so recently,  and maybe removing the Clipper Add-in and then reinstalling it?

What version of Firefox are you on now,  and are you Mac or Windows?

Yes, I checked and pop-ups are allowed.  As mentioned, simply disabling the ENWC add-on and reloading the page allows Outlook to work properly, enabling the ENWC and reloading the page causes the error.  Seems to specifically be tied to the ENWC add-on.  I'm using FF on a Mac 10.11.6 (El Capitan).  Was working fine last week, then a FF update occurred and the failure mode happened.  Have tried restart of system, check for updates, etc. No luck...

Hmmn.  Was hoping the Clipper add-in was just a red herring,  but maybe a Firefox update derailed something...  Only suggestions for now - clip from a different browser / use a different clipper (I'm on Fx 59 64bit which has its own clipper to copy any or all of a page to the desktop - then drag/drop to the app) / contact Support* / wait for a Mac -user comment here.  (Not necessarily in that order...!)

Thanks gazumped... I'm currently turning the ENWC on when I need it and off when not...  But not an ideal solution.

I had been unable to find a place to lodge a support request - thank you for the link... I submitted a ticket with EN - hopefully somebody reads it... I don't know why support is so hidden.  I even registered a suggestion in the forums a while back to have a button on the app or web app that allows you to submit suggestions or support requests.  Now I know...

Evernote has 220M users worldwide.  Making it easy to contact support would probably bury them in an email mountain...  I used to work in a support team servicing around 1M users;  there were about 250 on staff.  On the same scale Evernote would need about 60,000 in their support team!!

I started experiencing the exact same problem this morning. Narrowed the problem down to the Evernote Web Clipper. Toggling the web clipper addon off and on works around the issue, but this is really a bother. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Having exactly the same problem as tjhokietiger.

I've reproduced it on two different machines so far. One runs Windows 10 professional; the other runs Windows 10 Home.

Both machines running FF 60.0.1 (64-bit) and Evernote Webclipper 6.13.2.

Really annoying to disable/re-enable webclipper constantly.
