Evernote is a cloud service, with our data maintained on the Evernote servers. Our data is accessed by your account id / password. Regardless of what we do with our devices, the data on the servers is not impacted. More likely, you're using the wrong account id to access your notes. Your data can also be viewed directly from the servers using the web platform (www.evernote.com) Link to comment
Romeo Pakasi 0 Posted May 5, 2018 Share Posted May 5, 2018 Hi I have the same problem. I lost a few years worth of notes. When I changed phone, all of my new data didnt get updated to my new phone. Please help. I also used plus subscription on my old phone, but showed basic subs on my new phone. Link to comment

Make sure you are using the right user name. Most often when this occurs it is a second account that was accidentally created. Check the web to see your notes as well. Link to comment
